These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 3rr777 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "User") who accesses, registers for, or uses the 3rr777 platform at 3rr777.one and all associated sub-domains, mobile sites and services offered therein.

To register a 3rr777 account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

1. You are at least 21 years of age.
2. You are registering the account on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

6. All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, residential address and CNIC details — is true, accurate, current and complete.

3rr777 permits only one account per individual. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different identity details, device, mobile number or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance held therein.

KYC Verification

3rr777 may require Players to complete identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including prior to the first withdrawal. Required documentation typically includes a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and, where requested, proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by 3rr777 may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension pending investigation.

As a registered Player, you assume full and sole responsibility for all activity conducted through your 3rr777 account. This responsibility includes, but is not limited to, all wagers placed, all deposits and withdrawal requests submitted, and all communications sent via the account's live chat or support functions.

You are required to maintain the confidentiality of your account login credentials at all times. 3rr777 accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. The sale, transfer, or assignment of an account to any other person is prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.

Account Information Accuracy

Players are responsible for ensuring that all account information — including registered mobile number, email address and payment method details — remains current and accurate. Changes to account information must be made through the official account settings panel at 3rr777. 3rr777 accepts no responsibility for failed communications or delayed withdrawals arising from outdated account information provided by the Player.

5.1 Deposits

3rr777 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupee (PKR) and certain cryptocurrencies via the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, USDT TRC20 and SadaPay. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. 3rr777 reserves the right to modify the list of accepted payment methods without prior notice.

Deposits must be made from payment instruments that are registered in your own name. Deposits from payment methods registered to third parties are prohibited and may result in the deposit being declined and the account being flagged for investigation. 3rr777 does not accept deposits made using credit facilities, borrowed funds or proceeds of any illegal activity.

Deposit processing times vary by method — JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited to the 3rr777 account within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may require up to 30 minutes during peak hours. 3rr777 accepts no liability for processing delays caused by the Player's bank or payment provider.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by 3rr777 in the order in which they are received, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.

The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. 3rr777 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. 3rr777 does not accept responsibility for fees imposed by third-party payment processors.

3rr777 reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to processing a withdrawal, including proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership and, in exceptional circumstances, proof of the source of funds deposited. Failure to provide such documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being suspended pending further review.

5.3 Funds Security

Player funds held in 3rr777 accounts are maintained in accounts segregated from the Company's operational funds. This segregation ensures that Player balances are protected in the event of Company insolvency. 3rr777 does not use Player funds for any operational purpose.

3rr777 offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time each promotion is made available on the Platform.

Unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 3rr777 bonuses:

• Bonuses are awarded for promotional purposes only and do not constitute a deposit or a debt owed by 3rr777 to the Player.
• Each Player is eligible for a welcome bonus once only, in association with their first deposit. Subsequent accounts created in an attempt to claim a second welcome bonus will be treated as duplicate accounts and closed.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met in full before any winnings generated from bonus funds can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• 3rr777 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived from those funds if 3rr777 determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion or any strategy designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses and associated pending winnings are forfeited automatically.
• 3rr777 reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where the Company determines this is necessary to maintain the integrity of the promotion or the Platform.

All games and betting markets offered on the 3rr777 Platform are governed by specific game rules and sportsbook rules published within each respective game or betting section. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with those rules before placing any wager. These Terms govern the overarching contractual relationship; game-specific and sports-specific rules govern the particular mechanics and outcome determination of each wager.

7.1 Casino Games

All casino games offered by 3rr777 — including live dealer games, slots, roulette, blackjack, baccarat and crash games — utilise independently tested and certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable, or genuine live-feed physical game elements in the case of live dealer offerings. The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are published within each game's information panel.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection or network failure during gameplay, 3rr777 reserves the right to void any wager that was in progress at the time of the malfunction and return the staked amount to the Player's account. 3rr777 is not liable for the loss of any winnings that were pending at the time of a technical failure caused by factors outside the Company's reasonable control.

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets at 3rr777 cover cricket (including PSL and international fixtures), football, table tennis, UFC, basketball and other events. All sports betting markets are offered at odds determined by 3rr777 at its sole discretion. 3rr777 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was published in error, including incorrectly priced odds resulting from data feed errors, and to limit maximum stake amounts on any market at any time.

Where a sporting event is postponed, abandoned or otherwise does not conclude under normal conditions, the settlement rules applicable to that market — including void conditions, partial result settlement and dead heat rules — are those published in the 3rr777 sportsbook rules at the time the bet was accepted.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the 3rr777 Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance and potential referral to law enforcement authorities where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information during registration, KYC or any communication with 3rr777, including impersonating another individual or submitting forged or altered documents.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one 3rr777 account, including accounts in the names of family members or associates, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Money Laundering: Using the 3rr777 Platform as a vehicle for money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any activity intended to conceal the criminal origin of funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards in live poker or table game contexts, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage through coordinated play.
• Use of Automated Software: Employing bots, automated betting scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any mechanical or electronic device to automate wagering decisions or gain an advantage not available to manual players.
• Chargebacks and Payment Disputes: Initiating an unjustified chargeback, payment reversal or dispute with a bank or payment provider in respect of a deposit made to 3rr777 where no genuine dispute exists.
• Exploiting Technical Errors: Deliberately exploiting system errors, software bugs, pricing errors or any technical malfunction to generate winnings that would not otherwise be possible under normal operating conditions.
• Third-Party Account Use: Accessing or using a 3rr777 account that is registered to another individual, or allowing another individual to access your registered 3rr777 account.

All content displayed on the 3rr777 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, interface design, trademarks, trade names, sound recordings and video content — is the property of 3rr777 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 3rr777 Platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to: (a) reproduce, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works from any Platform content; (b) use any automated system to access, scrape, crawl or extract data from the Platform; (c) reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any game software or Platform technology; or (d) remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notices on Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of 3rr777 intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to claims under applicable intellectual property law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3rr777 expressly excludes all warranties, representations and conditions — whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise — including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, in relation to the Platform and all services offered therein.

3rr777 does not warrant that: (a) the Platform will be available, uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components; (b) any defects in the Platform will be corrected; (c) the results of using the Platform will meet your requirements; or (d) any information provided on the Platform is accurate, complete, current or reliable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3rr777's total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 3rr777 account in the 90 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

In no circumstances shall 3rr777 be liable to you for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss; (b) loss of profits, revenue, business or goodwill; (c) loss of gambling winnings arising from technical malfunction; or (d) any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 3rr777's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

As a licensed gaming operator, 3rr777 is required to maintain and actively promote a range of responsible gaming measures. Players may access the following tools at any time through their account settings panel at 3rr777:

• The Player is found to be under 21 years of age;
• 3rr777 reasonably suspects the Player of fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity;
• The Player has requested self-exclusion under Section 11;
• A regulatory, legal or law enforcement authority has directed 3rr777 to suspend or close the account; or
• 3rr777 determines, in its sole and reasonable discretion, that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.

Where an account is closed by 3rr777 due to a breach of these Terms or Prohibited Activity, 3rr777 reserves the right to void all pending and settled wagers, cancel all active bonuses and forfeit any balance held in the account. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

A Player may close their 3rr777 account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 3rr777 holds its international gaming licence, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect confidential information or intellectual property rights.

3rr777 reserves the right to amend, modify or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they materially affect Players' rights or obligations — 3rr777 will provide reasonable advance notice via email to the address registered on the Player's account, or by prominent notice displayed on the Platform.

Non-material amendments (including typographical corrections, clarifications and updates to reflect changes in applicable law that do not affect Player rights) may be made without prior notice. The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 3rr777 Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must immediately cease using the Platform and notify 3rr777 of your intention to close your account.
